Over time exposure to water and cleaning products can wear away the seal leaving grout. Grout sealer can repel moisture and stains keeping your grout free from water damage and mold or mildew.

For particularly stubborn areas vapor steam cleaning may be used. Continue wiping the tile until all traces of the grout sealer are gone and there is no grout sealer haze left on the tile surfaces. We then deep clean your tile and grout by machine with a high speed yet gentle scrubber that also extracts the dirt from your tile and grout. It is important to not leave any traces of sealer residue on the tile surfaces.

If you have very thin grout lines and unsealed tiles a sponge allows you to seal larger sections of your bathroom walls or floors easily by wiping over both surfaces at once. Remove all of the sealer off of the tile and grout surfaces and ensure that there are no puddles of sealer left in the grout lines. Cleaning and clear sealing we first apply a non toxic ph neutral cleaner to your tile and grout. Sealing grout also makes cleaning tile easier allowing you to wipe off tiles without water or dirt getting stuck in the spaces between while doing so.
