On the floors carrara venato 2 octagon polished mosaic tile on the walls white glass subway tile with rope trim and finally on the shower and recessed shelf carrara bianco polished 3 hexagon marble mosaic tile.
Then outside the bath area tiling half way up the room or to the height that makes it look good around the window sils.
I m currently redoing our bathroom and am doing tile on 1 the floor 2 the built in bath tub 3 the wall above the bath tub 4 the shower wall and 5 the shower floor.
If the tile stops too low the shower water bounces off our heads and gets the wall above the tile soaking wet.
